Sales Manager


[Responsibilities]

  • Drive growth and exceed the sales plan through a balanced allocation of resources and sales strategy
  • Ensure development and maintenance of long-term relationship with MEDIT’s partners/dealers
  • Initiate and lead projects to achieve company’s sales/business objectives
  • Identify critical market segments through market research & competitor analysis, and recommend sales strategies for improvement
  • Effectively manage pipeline, forecasting and sales update with high accuracy
  • Attend conferences and seminars to promote and sell MEDIT’s products
  • Collect customer feedback and distribute internally to influence product development 
  • Share feedback and collaborate with cross-functional teams
  • Prepare sales report and report to senior management

 

[Qualifications]

  • Eligible to live and work in Germany (we do not support visas)
  • Eligible to travel abroad
  • Minimum 7 years of sales experience in medical field
  • Minimum 5 years of dealership management experience 
  • Deep understanding of Intraoral scanners and digital dentistry
  • Experience in B2B sales

  • Experience in DSO Sales
  • Experience in mass sales
