Strategic Account Manager


[Responsibilities]

  • Sell & promote all Medit products in the Strategic Markets Segment of the Dental Busines
Strategic Markets: Elite/National DSO’s, DSO’s, Mid- Market, Select, Group Purchasing Organizations, Practice Management Organizations, Direct Accounts, Dental Schools, Dental Hygiene Schools, Dental Assistant Programs, Military, Government, Indian Health Service, Veterans Administration, Public Health, Community Health, Prisons, etc
  • Accountable for achieving profitable growth of sales across Strategic Markets Categories for assigned areas
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with our dealer partners at the C-level as well as at the regional/zone manager, branch managers, and field levels to support sales goals
  • Develop and maintain strong working relationships with Dealer Partner Special Markets and Strategic Accounts Management teams to develop and support business
  • Represent Medit at trade shows/events, vendor fairs, dealer national sales meetings, etc
  • Assist in the development and implementation of marketing plans to grow the market share
  • Maintain accurate and timely records of sales support activities in assigned areas through the use of CRM (HubSpot)
  • Provide timely feedback to the Director of Sales regarding product and market performance
  • Create meaningful quarterly and yearly sales plans (business plans) focused on goal achievement and exceeding expectations
  • Partner with and work in conjunction with Territory Managers and partners with respect to Strategic Markets
  • Other duties as assigned


[Requirements]

  • +7 years in dental sales with 2-5 years of dental sales experience in Strategic Markets with vast and strong Elite DSO and DSO connections/network
  • Bachelor's degree or above
  • Experience in establishing strong dealer-partner relationships
  • Experience in dental equipment and technology sales
  • Excellent presentation and communication skills
  • ‪A results-oriented mindset
  • Eligible to travel abroad
  • Eligible to live and work in the US (we do not support visas)

  • Experience in other areas of Strategic Markets


[Work Location]

  • Remote work (60% of traveling)
