Clinical Trainer (West Coast)
[Responsibilities]
- Work directly with official resellers and assist to train their clinical trainers on the Intra Oral Scanner
- Work with and train official company KOLs (Key Opinion Leaders)
- Assist with recording educational content on the software and hardware, along with providing content regarding specific dental specialties, scan techniques, workflow, and others (Overall helping and training our partners)
- Support and assist in providing educational content for the end-users
- Attend and assist at dental tradeshows
- Offer virtual training and In-Clinic training based on the needs of the partners
[Requirements]
- At least 5 years of related experience in dental industry
- Deep understanding of the intraoral scanner technology and the ability to demonstrate its use to dental professionals
- Understanding of the digital workflow at dental clinics and dental laboratories
- Ability to plan and organize training sessions, schedules, and agendas to ensure that training sessions are timely, efficient, and effective
- Eligible to travel abroad
- Eligible to live and work in the US (we do not support visas)
[Preferred Skills]
- A degree in dentistry or dental technology, and several years of dental experience, particularly in using intraoral scanners
- Experience in training or teaching
- Dental Assistant training or experience
- Excellent communication skills to train, educate and communicate complex technical information to dental professionals
- The ability to tailor communication to the audience, particularly for non-technical or less experienced audiences
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to develop and maintain professional relationships with dental professionals
- Ability to troubleshoot, diagnose, and resolve technical issues that may arise during training sessions
[Work Location]
- Onsite work (30% ~ 40% of traveling may required)
