Technical Support/Product Specialist


[Responsibilities]

  • Provide technical support and troubleshooting via phone/email/webchats/remote and in person
  • Create technical documents and provide technical training via phone/email/webchats/remote control and in person
  • Perform installations and demonstrations in person
  • Support the company's exhibition and seminars in person
  • Other duties as assigned that are related to the position
  • Offering Virtual training and In-Clinic training based on the partners' needs


[Requirements]

  • Minimum 5 (five) years of working experience, technical support, and training at dental device manufacturers or distributors
  • Minimum 3 (three) years of installation, technical support, troubleshooting, repair, and training for dental CAD/CAM solutions (Intraoral scanner, Lab desktop scanner, and design software)
  • Strong technical skills to troubleshoot, diagnose and resolve technical issues with dental products.
  • Familiarity with dental software and hardware products and technical experience with CAD/CAM software and equipment
  • Strong teamwork skills to collaborate effectively with other technical support team members and departments such as product development or quality control
  • Understanding of the digital workflow at dental clinics and dental Laboratories
  • Capable of working independently
  • Eligible to travel abroad
  • Eligible to live and work in the US (we do not support visas)


[Preferred Skills]

  • Work experience as a lab and CAD/CAM technician at a dental laboratory
  • Strong capability to set up digital networking and configure computers
  • Dental technology or related majors
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills and the ability to develop and maintain professional relationships with dental professionals.
  • Proficiency in different languages
  • Ability to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment and to adapt to changing priorities and situations


[Work Location]

  • Remote work (30% ~ 40% of traveling)
