Dental Laboratory Sales Manager


[Responsibilities]

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve sales targets and increase market share
  • Build and maintain relationships with dental laboratory managers and staff
  • Work with dealer partners in the field to support, train, and drive sales in collaboration
  • Conduct product demonstrations and provide technical support to customers
  • Keep up to date with industry trends and be able to speak knowledgeably about them
  • Generate and follow up on leads, opportunities, and referrals
  • Work closely with the marketing team to plan and execute effective campaigns
  • Provide accurate and timely reporting of sales activities and results
  • Attend trade shows and industry events as needed and required
  • Collaborate with the support team to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty
  • Continuously develop knowledge of products, industry, and competition


[Requirements]

  • 2+ years of experience in dental laboratory equipment sales
  • Knowledge of the dental industry and laboratory processes
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and achieve sales targets
  • Excellent customer service skills and ability to build relationships
  • Ability to travel as needed to meet customers, work with dealer partners, and attend events
  • Valid driver's license and access to a reliable vehicle
  • Eligible to travel abroad
  • Eligible to live and work in the US (we do not support visas)


[Preferred Skills]

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing or related field
  • CDT Certification
  • Experience in selling desktop scanners and/or IOS


[Work Location]

  • Remote work (frequent traveling)
