Responsibilities:

  • Master the intricate intricacies of Medit's revolutionary dental scanning technology and digital apps. Serve as a trusted resource for clients seeking guidance and solutions. 
  • Provide adept technical support and efficient troubleshooting through phone, email, webchats, remote sessions, and occasional in-person interactions, catering to a spectrum of user needs. 
  • Elevate the understanding of Medit's offerings among our users. Serve as a go-to authority on dental scanners, digital applications, and their impactful integration into dental workflows. 
  • Deliver comprehensive technical training via diverse mediums, including remote and in-person sessions. Empower users to harness the full capabilities of our technology. 
  • Strengthen our brand presence and user engagement by participating in company exhibitions and seminars. Showcase our apps with confidence and articulate their benefits to diverse audiences. 
  • Embrace a versatile role that responds to dynamic customer needs, adapts to changing situations, and contributes to the team's collective success. 
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to tailor virtual and in-clinic training to our partners' unique requirements, ensuring optimal learning outcomes. 


Requirements

  • Minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience as a dental technician or assistant in a dental office. Your expertise will resonate with the challenges our clients face. 
  • Possess an innate comfort with technology and a proven ability to translate complex concepts into user-friendly explanations. 
  • Showcase our innovative apps at events and conferences periodically, embodying confidence and conveying the transformative potential of our technology. 
  • Command a robust vocabulary in dental clinic terminology, enabling you to communicate seamlessly with dental professionals. 
  • Navigate dental software and hardware products adeptly, allowing you to offer tailored technical support. 
  • Possess an intimate understanding of the digital workflow within dental clinics and laboratories, enabling you to provide context-rich support. 
  • Flourish in an autonomous work environment where you take ownership of responsibilities and drive efficient solutions. 
  • Qualify for international travel for events and engagements that amplify our brand's global footprint. 
  • Ability to commute to our office in Long Beach, CA.
  • Hold the ability to legally reside and work in the US (Please note: We are unable to provide visa support).
