Technical Specialist (Beijing)
[Responsibilities]
- Provide online/onsite training and technical support to dealers and end-users with Medit products.
- Responsible for before-sales demonstrations to end-users with Medit products.
- Responsible for after-sales installation of Medit products to end-users (clinics, DSOs, and labs).
- Regular customer return visits for assistance with the transformation of clinics going digital.
- Support seminars and marketing activities of local distributors.
- Develop and manage local KOLs and maintain good relationships.
- Research local market and competitor trends.
- Other support duties for the local market.
[Requirements]
- At least three years of work experience with a dental company (manufacturer or distributor).
- Good sense of service and ability to demonstrate to dental professionals.
- Live and work in Beijing.
- Handle short business trips in Northern China.
[Preferred Skills]
- Work experience in intraoral scanner, dental CAD/CAM market, or related field.
- Work experience in technical support.
- Excellent communication skills to train, educate, and communicate complex technical information to dental professionals.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to develop and maintain professional relationships with dental professionals.
- Ability to deal with problems and complaints.
- Ability to work under pressure, strong learning ability, and team work spirit.
- Fluent in English.
