자유양식의 이력서를 받고 있습니다. 갖고 계신 이력서가 따로 없으시다면 자사양식 템플릿을 다운로드 받아 작성해 주세요. 지원하시는 포지션에 따라 추가 서류를 요청할 수 있습니다.

Q. 서류전형 불합격 시 안내가 오나요?

서류심사 및 인터뷰 합격/불합격 여부는 평균적으로 최대 2주 이내에 이메일을 통해 발송됩니다. 다만, 지원자 수와 상황에 따라 안내가 다소 지연될 수 있는 점 미리 양해 부탁드립니다.

Q. 중복지원 또는 재지원 가능한가요?

과거 지원 이력 및 결과에 제한을 두지 않고 지원자가 가진 역량에 따라서만 검토 하오니 중복지원과 재지원 모두 가능합니다.

Q. 인터뷰에서 어떠한 종류의 질문들이 나오는지 알고 싶습니다.

1차 인터뷰는 현업 부서의 팀장과 팀원들이 참여하는 실무면접으로 실무 역량 관련 질문을 통해 직무 적합도를 확인하는 면접입니다. 2차 인터뷰는 임원급 본부장과 HR부서 부서장이 참여하며 지원자의 소프트스킬을 파악하고 메디트의 조직 문화, 조직 특성에 잘 부합하는 인재인지 확인하는 인성면접입니다. 다만, 2차 면접 시에도 직무관련 질의가 있을 수 있으니 참고 부탁드립니다.

Q. 인터뷰 결과와 관련하여 피드백을 받을 수 있을까요?

합격/불합격 결과는 상대평가를 통해 복합적으로 판단하기 때문에 각 후보자에게 상세한 피드백을 드리기 어려운 점 양해 부탁드립니다.

Q. Is there a separate application form?

We accept all types of CVs. If you don't have a CV yet, you can download it from here. Depending on the position you are applying for, additional documents may be requested.

Q. Will I be notified if I fail the CV screening?

You will be notified of both application and interview results via e-mail within a maximum of 2 weeks on average. Please note, depending on the number of applications received or due to other circumstances, notice can be delayed.

Q. Can I apply for multiple positions at a time or reapply after rejection?

You are welcome to apply for multiple positions at a time or reapply after the rejection. We review and assess every applicant based on their capabilities for the position.

Q. What kind of questions are asked in the interview?

The first interview is a skills-based interview in which two or three team leaders participate. They ask applicants about their abilities and competencies to determine whether their skill set matches the requirements of an available position. The 2nd interview is a culture-fit interview in which the executive-level managers and the Head of HR participate to identify the soft skills of the applicants and determine whether the candidate fits well with Medit's organizational culture. Please note that job-related questions can also be asked during the second interview.

Q. Can I get feedback on the interview results?

The interviews are based on a relative judgment system and therefore, it's difficult to provide separate feedbacks on each application.
