Key Responsibilities:
1. Technical Support
- Technical support on Medit hardware (3D scanners) and software (CAD/CAM) - via online sessions, telephone, e-mail and occasional on-site events
- General support case management: logging, prioritization, troubleshooting (potential escalation), closing, follow-up.
2. Training Support
- Provide training for dealers and sales teams to enhance product knowledge.
- Provide training through visits to key doctor clinics
- Conduct product demonstrations at exhibitions, dealer events, and seminars.
- Assist in the development of localized training materials for each market.
3.Internal Collaboration and Market Insights
- Assist in product improvement through feedback from dealers and users.
- Collaborate closely with the sales team to ensure alignment of regional strategies and training.
- KOL management and clinical content creation and sharing with marketing team
Minimum Qualifications:
Preferred Qualifications:
· Business-level English proficiency
· Established network within the dental field (e.g., KOLs)
Work Location:
Japan(Fukuoka, Hokkaido)
