[Position Title]
Sales Team Leader, MEA Region (Middle East & Africa)
[Key Responsibilities]
• Develop and execute region-specific strategies to achieve sales targets across the MEA region
• Analyze performance of key local partners (dealers, clinics, hospitals) and propose revenue growth plans
• Identify, develop, and maintain strong relationships with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) in the dental industry
• Plan and execute marketing campaigns and sales promotions tailored to the MEA market
• Discover new partners and build long-term strategic partnerships
• Manage and lead the regional sales team, including performance tracking, partner training, and team reviews
• Closely collaborate with Marketing, R&D, and Customer Support to align sales with overall business goals
• Monitor market trends and competitor activity to identify new opportunities and suggest strategies
[Qualifications]
• Bachelor's degree or higher in Business Administration, International Trade, Medical Devices, or a related field
• 7+ years of B2B sales experience in the dental or medical device industry
• Strong business communication skills in English
• Proven leadership experience managing a team or leading projects
[Preferred Qualifications]
• In-depth understanding of oral scanners, CAD/CAM systems, and digital dentistry products
• Experience managing partnerships or market entry in the Middle East or Africa
• Proven track record in multicultural environments
• Demonstrated success in a performance-driven organizational culture
