[Position]

CX Specialist - APAC


About The Role:

CX Specialist involves providing technical and customer support for MEDIT products, attending events, updating support materials, and interacting with customers online and in person. Strong communication skills, bilingual proficiency (English and Russian ), and the ability to travel are key requirements.



[Responsibilities]

  • Handle service tickets via email, live chat, remote support, and phone calls for the assigned regions (India, Southeast Asia, CIS) (Fluent in English, Russian, and local languages) 
  • Process English tickets from CIS, India, and Southeast Asia regions. 
  • Support dental events and visits to local dealers 
  • Create and update troubleshooting guides 
  • Monitor and respond to inquiries on Facebook (in Russian and English) 



[Requirements]

  • Experience using Zendesk 
  • Experience with SAP ERP systems 
  • Basic understanding of IT infrastructure and hardware, with troubleshooting abilities (e.g., system performance checks, network connectivity issues, etc.) 
  • Experience in digital dentistry, CAD/CAM, or the dental industry 
  • Over 3 years of experience in a company engaged in B2B business  



[Preferred]

  • A degree in dentistry (including dental hygiene, and dental technology)
  • Work experience in relevant industries
  • Proficient in SAP
