[Position]

Product specialist_Thailand



[Responsibilities]

1.Pre-Sales Support

• Conduct product demonstrations at exhibitions, dealer events, and seminars.

• Provide training for dealers and sales teams to enhance product knowledge.

• Assist in the development of localized training materials for each market.


2.Post-Sales Support

• Lead online webinars and provide customized training for end-users.

• Collect end-user feedback and escalate to relevant departments.

• Track and analyze customer satisfaction metrics to improve training content.

• Expansion and further development of existing customers

• Develop and maintain current knowledge of the dental market and monitor competitive activity


3.Internal Collaboration and Market Insights

• Assist in product improvement through feedback from dealers and users.

• Collaborate closely with the sales team to ensure alignment of regional strategies and training.

• KOL management and clinical content creation and sharing with marketing team



[Requirements]

• Proficiency in Thai & English (business level or higher).

• Bachelor’s degree in Dentistry or a related field.

• Preferably 5+ years of experience in product training, sales support, or the dental industry.

• Excellent presentation and communication skills for conducting training sessions.

• Willingness to frequently travel overseas for training, events, and dealer support.



[Preferred]

• Experience with CAD/CAM, intraoral scanners, or digital dentistry.

• Experience in product training

• Clinical or technical sales support experience in the dental industry.
