About the Role: 

We’re looking for a Global Web & Digital Marketing Manager who enjoys building good-looking, effective landing pages, making paid ads work better, and keeping digital services running smoothly. 

This is a hands-on lead role based in Korea. You’ll own our global marketing website and key digital channels, guide a small (growing) team and agencies, and still stay close to the actual work. You’ll have room to try ideas, improve how we work, and help shape Medit’s digital presence worldwide. 

 



Key Responsibilities: 

  • Own our marketing websites & landing pages 

-Build and update global and campaign landing pages in WordPress for launches, campaigns, webinars, and other initiatives. 


  • Work with our actual stack 

-Use the tools we rely on every day, including WordPress, Kinsta, Elementor, Astra, Weglot, AIOSEO, WPForms, TablePress, Usercentrics, Perfmatters, If-So, Zapier, HubSpot, Poptin, Octane Render, Envato, Uppbeat, and more. You don’t need to know every single tool from day one, but you should be comfortable learning and owning them over time. 


  • Run and improve paid ads 

-Plan and manage paid ads (especially Google Ads – Search & Display, plus YouTube) and connect them to the right landing pages to bring in quality leads. 


  • Measure, learn, and improve 

-Use tools like Google Analytics, Tag Manager, Search Console, and HubSpot to see what’s working, share simple reports, and suggest clear next steps. 


  • Look after our digital operations 

-Keep our plugins and tools in good shape: renewals, billing, basic security/updates, vendor contact, and light documentation so the team can work smoothly. 


  • Lead video & creative projects with agencies 

-Brief and manage video production agencies and creative partners for launch videos, explainers, tutorials, and social assets. 

-Follow up on timelines, organize feedback, and make sure final files are ready to use on our pages and in campaigns.

 

  • Lead while staying hands-on 

-Guide a small, growing team (and agencies or freelancers), set priorities, review work, and coach others — while still being the person who can jump into WordPress or an ad account when needed. 


 

Minimum Qualifications: 

  • Around 8+ years in digital marketing with a strong focus on web + paid ads
  • Deep WordPress confidence 
  • Fluent in English
  • Very comfortable working in WordPress: themes, page builders (e.g. Elementor), plugins, staging/live environments, and basic troubleshooting. 
  • Hands-on paid ads 
  • You’ve directly run paid campaigns — especially Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube) — and you know how to adjust things step by step to improve results. 
  • Experience with video / agency management 
  • You’ve worked with video or creative agencies: writing briefs, giving clear feedback, checking progress, and closing projects smoothly. 
  • You like looking at simple dashboards and reports, noticing patterns, and turning them into a practical to-do list. 
  • Comfort with tools & systems 
  • You’re used to working with several tools at once (website, plugins, CRM, ad platforms, automation tools) and keeping them organized. 



 

Preferred Qualifications: 

· Experience building and scaling marketing systems from scratch 

· Demonstrated ability to blend creative thinking with data-driven decision making 

· A portfolio or example of a project you’ve built, shipped, or grown 

· Data-friendly mindset 



Work Location: 

Hybrid (Seoul, South Korea)
