Q. Is there a separate application form?
We accept all types of CVs. If you don't have a CV yet, you can download it from here. Depending on the position you are applying for, additional documents may be requested.
Q. Will I be notified if I fail the CV screening?
You will be notified of both application and interview results via e-mail within a maximum of 2 weeks on average. Please note, depending on the number of applications received or due to other circumstances, notice can be delayed.
Q. Can I apply for multiple positions at a time or reapply after rejection?
You are welcome to apply for multiple positions at a time or reapply after the rejection. We review and assess every applicant based on their capabilities for the position.
Q. What kind of questions are asked in the interview?
The first interview is a skills-based interview in which two or three team leaders participate. They ask applicants about their abilities and competencies to determine whether their skill set matches the requirements of an available position. The 2nd interview is a culture-fit interview in which the executive-level managers and the Head of HR participate to identify the soft skills of the applicants and determine whether the candidate fits well with Medit's organizational culture. Please note that job-related questions can also be asked during the second interview.
Q. Can I get feedback on the interview results?
The interviews are based on a relative judgment system and therefore, it's difficult to provide separate feedbacks on each application.
