[포지션]
Internal Comms. & Talent Development Specialist
[담당업무]
· Talent Development Program:
- Design, develop, and implement comprehensive talent development programs.
- Write, edit, and design internal communications materials, including newsletters, memos, presentations, and intranet content.
· Employee Engagement:
- Facilitate engaging training sessions using a variety of instructional techniques.
- Organize and execute initiatives and events to enhance employee engagement and company culture.
- Conduct surveys and feedback sessions to gauge employee sentiment and identify areas for improvement.
· Collaboration and Coordination:
- Work closely with HR, executive leadership, and other departments to ensure cohesive talent development.
- Provide coaching and support to employees and managers to drive a culture of continuous learning and development.
· Measurement and Reporting:
- Monitor and analyze the effectiveness of learning management strategies and campaigns.
- Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs through feedback, assessments, performance metrics, and surveys while reporting the results to make adjustments as needed.
[자격요건]
· Minimum of 3 years of experience in talent development or a related role.
· Proven experience in creating, managing, and delivering learning content.
· Excellent presentation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
· Strong project management and organizational skills.
· Proficiency with digital communication tools and platforms (e.g., intranet, email marketing software).
· High level of confidentiality and professionalism.
