Product Specialist (Japan)


[About The Role]

The Japan Product Specialist is responsible for developing and executing product training strategies across Japan. This Specialist's role is to help resellers sell our products better through training, help doctors become more interested in our products, and help users utilize our products to solve their problems. This Specialist also works with conferences, study groups, KOL, etc., to help promote our products in the market.


[Responsibilities]

  • Develop and implement customized training strategies for the Japanese market. 
  • Provide training to Medit partners and respond to product inquiries.
  • Provide training to Medit users to help them utilize Medit products better and solve their problems. 
  • Participate in conferences, events, and seminars to give presentations and product demonstrations. 
  • Engage with local KOLs, provide training, and collect information on KOL activities. 
  • Research and catch up on the Japanese market's latest trends and competitor activities. 


[Requirements]

  • At least 3 years of experience with a Dental Company (Manufacturer or Distributor) 
  • Deep understanding of the intraoral scanner technology and the ability to demonstrate its use to dental professionals 
  • Japanese native.
  • Available for frequent business trips in Japan


[Preferred Skills]

  • Dental Technician or Dental Hygienist
  • Experience in presenting intraoral scanner training
  • Excellent communication skills to train, educate, and communicate complex technical information to dental professionals
  • The ability to tailor communication to the audience, particularly for non-technical or less experienced audiences
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to develop and maintain professional relationships with dental professionals
  • Ability to troubleshoot, diagnose, and resolve technical issues that may arise during training sessions 
  • Able to communicate in English or Korean

  • Remote work (Traveling required within and out of Japan)
