About The Role:

The Regional Account Executive - DACH will be responsible for account management towards MEDIT dealers and distributors across the DACH region. This role demands the ability to travel frequently to dealers and distributors and be comfortable talking to small groups of people in person. As part of MEDIT’s Commerce Division, you will be crucial to MEDIT’s effort to foster strong relationships with key stakeholders, including dental professionals, KOLs, dealers, distributors, industry partners, and DSO networks in the DACH region.


Key Responsibilities:

·      Territory Manager in the field of commercial service in the DACH region (Germany, Austria, Switzerland)

·      Building an account structure, expanding sales channels, and implementing strategies to expand market shares in the short and long-term

·      Planning sales activities based on a defined process to develop sales in the assigned region further

·      Carrying out sales events and product demos at customers' sites and internal company exhibitions

·      Expansion and further development of existing customers

·      Develop and maintain current knowledge of the dental market and monitor competitive activity

·      Close collaboration with all functions, such as application specialists, sales managers, and marketing

·      Development of suggestions for the further development of processes, products, and activities

·      Consistent documentation of all activities in the CRM system

 

Minimum Qualifications:

·      Experience selling digital solutions to dental practices and dental laboratories

·      Minimum of 7+ years of sales experience in the dental/healthcare industry

·      A clear understanding of customer needs, solid relationship-building skills, handling complex situations, and servicing challenging accounts

·      Strong anticipation and negotiation skills

·      Results-oriented, independent, and structured way of working

·      Good knowledge of MS Office programs and CRM experience

·      Good English and German language skills, both spoken and written

·      Enjoy working in a team, particularly in a cross-functional team environment

·      Available for business trips (weekly)

 

Preferred Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of dealership managing (B2B sales) experience
  • Deep understanding of intraoral scanners and digital dentistry
  • Experience in finding new distributors and generating sales
  • Experience in distributor management

 

Work Location:

  • Remote work (Within Germany / Austria / Switzerland)
