About The Role:
The Product Specialist – E. EU will be responsible for providing MEDIT scanner training across the Eastern European region. This role demands the ability to travel frequently to clinics and labs and be comfortable talking in person to small groups of people. As part of MEDIT’s Commerce Division, you will be a crucial part of MEDIT’s effort to foster strong relationships with key stakeholders, including dental professionals, dealers, distributors, industry partners, and DSO networks in the Eastern European region.
Key Responsibilities:
· Develop and implement customized training strategies for the E.EU market
· Provide training on Medit products to Medit partners and respond to product inquiries
· Participate in expos, conferences, and events to give presentations and product demonstrations
· Engage with local KOLs, provide training, and collect KOLs activity information
· Research on market trends in Eastern Europe and competitor activities
Minimum Qualifications:
· At least 3 years of experience with a Dental Company (Manufacturer or Distributor)
· Deep understanding of the intraoral scanner technology and the ability to demonstrate its use to dental professionals
· Able to communicate professionally in English
· Available for business trip (Weekly)
Preferred Qualifications:
- D.D.S or M.D.S or Dental Technician
- Experience in presenting intraoral scanner training
- Excellent communication skills to train, educate, and communicate complex technical information to dental professionals
- The ability to tailor communication to the audience, particularly for non-technical or less experienced audiences
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to develop and maintain professional relationships with dental professionals
- Ability to troubleshoot, diagnose, and resolve technical issues that may arise during training session
