[Position]

CX Specialist - France


About The Role:

CX Specialist involves providing technical and customer support for MEDIT products, attending events, updating support materials, and interacting with customers online and in person. Strong communication skills, bilingual proficiency (English and French), and the ability to travel are key requirements.


[Responsibilities]

  • Provide technical customer support via regional ticketing systems, email, live chat, and phone
  • Provide guidance on the use of MEDIT’s 3D scanners and software to maximize customer satisfaction
  • Ensure all customer interactions are managed professionally and within the specified response time.
  • On-the-ground support by visiting dealers and clinics across the region
  • Contribute to Dental Shows by offering expertise and support
  • Create and update the Help Center’s troubleshooting guides
  • Engage with customers on social media platforms, responding to inquiries and comments in both English and French
  • Collaborate with a diverse team, sharing insights and driving improvements in customer service processes.


[Requirements]

  • 3+years of customer service experience in dental/digital healthcare industries
  • Strong understanding of dental workflows and technology
  • Native in French and Fluent in English
  • Eligible to travel abroad
  • Strong communication skills


[Preferred]

  • A degree in dentistry (including dental hygiene, and dental technology)
  • Work experience in relevant industries
  • Proficient in SAP
