[Position]

B2B Sales & B2C Product specialist - Australia


[Responsibilities]

  • Develop and execute region-specific strategies to achieve sales targets in the OCE (Oceania) region
  • Analyze the performance of major dealers by country and plan initiatives to increase sales
  • Lead projects to support the company's sales and business goals (e.g., identifying and nurturing dental Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs))
  • Identify new business opportunities and build long-term partnerships with existing clients
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including Marketing and R&D, to align sales efforts with overall business objectives
  • Identify opportunities through market trends and competitor analysis
  • Provide training and support to dealers: conduct regular training for dealers/sub-dealers, support with demo and installation visits
  • Conduct user education and management: plan and manage webinars/seminars, handle inactive users or those with complaints
  • Manage key accounts: engage and manage relationships with KOL-level doctors, academic societies, universities, and dental labs to promote Medit’s products and brand


[Qualifications]

  • Minimum 5 years of sales experience in the dental or medical industry
  • Business-level English communication and negotiation skills
  • Experience managing B2B client accounts


[Preferred Qualifications]

  • Strong understanding of intraoral scanners and digital dentistry
  • Licensed dental technician or dental hygienist
  • Experience managing B2C dental sales in the Australian market
  • Sales experience in implants, digital medical devices, or related products in B2B settings
  • Experience working in multicultural environments
