- Responsible for Brazil(and LATAM) ticket service, mail, live chat and phone support (Portuguese and Spanish)
- Dealer and clinic visit service in Brazil(and LATAM)
- Support for Dental Shows in LATAM
- Create and update the Help Center troubleshooting guide
- Monitor and respond to Social networks (in Portuguese and Spanish)
[Requirements]
- Lives in Brazil and fluent in Portuguese and Spanish (Native)
- Fluent in English
- A degree in dentistry (dental hygiene, dental technology) OR 3+ years of dental customer service experience
- Eligible to travel abroad

- Work experience in relevant industry
