[Job Title]

Regional Account Executive - Iberia


[Responsibilities]

- Territory Manager in the field of commercial service in the Iberian region (Spain and Portugal).

- Building an account structure, expanding sales channels, and implementing strategies to expand market shares in the short and long-term

- Planning sales activities based on a defined process to further develop sales in the assigned region

- Carrying out sales events and product demos at customers' sites and internal company exhibitions

- Expansion and further development of existing customers

- Develop and maintain current knowledge of the dental market and monitor competitive activity

- Close collaboration with all functions, such as application specialists, sales managers, and marketing

- Development of suggestions for the further development of processes, products and activities

- Consistent documentation of all activities in the CRM system


[Requirements]

- Experience selling digital solutions to dental practices and dental laboratories

- Clear understanding of customer needs, solid relationship-building skills, handling complex situations and servicing challenging accounts

- Strong anticipation and negotiation skills

- Results-oriented, independent, and structured way of working

- Good knowledge of MS Office programs and CRM experience

- Good English language skills, both spoken and written

- Enjoy working in a team, particularly in a cross-functional team environment


[Work Location]

  • Remote work (Traveling required within the Iberian region)
