About The Role:

The Regional Account Executive (MEA) will oversee a regional sale, execute MEDIT’s sales strategy, and ensure that revenue targets are met across the MEA regions. This role demands a strategic thinker with a proven track record in sales management in the dental/healthcare industry and the ability to perform a high sales result. The MEA Account Executive will foster strong relationships with regional dental professionals, dealers, distributors, industry partners, and DSO networks.

 

Key Responsibilities:

•           Drive growth and exceed the sales plans by finding new distributors 

•           Ensure development and maintenance of long-term relationships with MEDIT’s partners/dealers.  

•           Initiate and lead projects to achieve the company’s sales/business objectives.  

•           Identify critical dental market segments through market research & competitor analysis and recommend optimized sales strategies.  

•           Generate regular reports on sales KPIs, forecasts, and market trends for presentation to the team leader.  

•           Support current distributors' local events and find out the market needs to expand the brand recognition

 

Minimum Qualifications:

•           Bachelor’s degree in business administration or related fields  

•           Minimum of 3+ years of sales experience in the dental/healthcare domain  

•           3+ years of dealership managing (B2B sales) experiences.  

•           Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills  

•           Professional fluency in French and English

 

Preferred Qualifications:

•           Deep understanding of intraoral scanners and digital dentistry  

•           Experience in finding new distributors and generating sales 

•           Experience in distributor management

•           A passion for both deal-making and nurturing the existing dealers  

•           Has a record of cultivating relationships and a deep level of respect with key opinion leaders and DSO networks  

•           A dynamic presenter who can captivate and communicate effectively with the team leader  

•           Can organize, clarify, and communicate complex ideas quickly, succinctly, and accurately  

•           High level of intellectual curiosity with the ability to demonstrate strong judgment in the face of ambiguity.  

•           Agile, goal-oriented, driven to succeed, and always up for a challenge.
